- 01
Put the sausage meat in a bowl. You can use any kind of sausage you like, chicken, pork, beef, etc. You also don't have to use the ground one, you could use the regular ones and mash it with a fork.

- 02
Add the black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. You can add some chilli powder if you want a little bit of heat.

- 03
Mix well to combine.

- 04
Add the seasoned flour into a sizeable bowl. You can season the flour with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and chilli powder for heat. Or use just plain flour.

- 05
Rub some flour on your palms.

- 06
Scoop a bit of the meat into the flour to coat. This is to stop it from sticking to your palms.

- 07
Flatten on your palm to make enough room for the egg.

- 08
Roll an egg in flour. You can use either soft boiled or hard boiled eggs.

- 09
Place it in the middle of the sausage meat.

- 10
Wrap well into a ball, making sure to pinch any openings tight.

- 11
Now roll it in flour.

- 12
Roll in the beaten eggs.

- 13
Now, cover with the breadcrumbs making sure it's well covered. You can also use crushed cornflakes. Repeat the process with the remaining eggs.

- 14
Gently drop in hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.

- 15
Move the egg rolls around the oil so it cooks all over and fry until golden brown. About 2 to 3 minutes.

- 16
Take out the egg rolls from the oil.

- 17
Transfer to a paper-lined bowl or plate to drain excess oil.

- 18
Enjoy!
