INGREDIENTS

FILLING

• Chicken breast - 1/2 kg
• Medium onion - 1
• Chopped garlic - 1 Tbsp
• Curry - 1 teaspoon
• Thyme - 2 teaspoons
• Salt - to taste
• Stock cube - to taste
• Carrots - 1 cup
• Potatoes - 1 1/2 cup
• Chicken stock
• Water - 1/2 cup
• Flour - 2 tablespoons
• Water - 1/2 cup

DOUGH

• Flour - 4 1/2 cups
• Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
• Salt - 1/4 tsp
• Butter/margarine - 250g
• Water - 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsps

Egg - 1 (Egg wash)
