- Meats of choice - 1 kg
- Salt - to taste
- Seasoning cubes - to taste
- Minced ginger - 1/2 tablespoon
- Onion - 4 medium
- Chopped pepper to taste
- Water - 2 cups
- Tatashe - 5-6 Big ones
- Atarodo - to taste
- Tomatoes - 8 medium
- Palm oil - 1 cup
- Iru - 2 - 4 Tablespoons
- Smoked Panla fish - 3 - 4 pieces
