  • Meats of choice - 1 kg
  • Salt - to taste
  • Seasoning cubes - to taste
  • Minced ginger - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Onion - 4 medium
  • Chopped pepper to taste
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Tatashe - 5-6 Big ones
  • Atarodo - to taste
  • Tomatoes - 8 medium
  • Palm oil - 1 cup
  • Iru - 2 - 4 Tablespoons
  • Smoked Panla fish - 3 - 4 pieces
