Apple Upside Down Cake

• Sugar - 1 cup
• Eggs - 2
• Vanilla - 1 & 1/2 teaspoonS
• Flour - 1 & 1/2 cups
• Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
• Milk - 2/3 cup
