Homemade Mayonnaise
I made mayonnaise for the first time about 17 years ago and I was so excited about how easy it was and how delicious it tasted compared to store-bought that I couldn't stop talking about it for days. It's so easy to make and you can whip it up in less than one minute!

- 01
Crack the egg and pour it into a blender.

- 02
Add the salt.

- 03
Add the white vinegar. If you don't have vinegar, you can use lemon juice.

- 04
Blend the mixture while slowly pouring in the oil. Blend for about 30 seconds.

- 05
If you can see a little bit of oil, mix it in and blend again for about 5 seconds.

- 06
This is what you're going for. Thick and creamy.

- 07
Transfer into a bowl or jar, cover, and keep refrigerated.
You don't want to make a big batch as it spoils easily because there are no preservatives in it. Only make what you need per time and use it within 4 to 5 days.

Enjoy!
